I come back within two working days. If it sounds like a fit, the next step is a 20-minute call to find out whether I’m actually the right person — sometimes I’m not, and I’ll say so.
What I usually take on

What I don’t do: greenfield SaaS startups, LLM wrapper products, anything where the answer is “rip out the legacy and start over.”
